This will definitely change before we leave, but it’s a start! We are fortunate enough to be able to use some of our gear from our AT thru-hike, but we will be upgrading certain items.

As a pair, we’ll be sharing some of our gear, so I’ll start from there and then move on to our individual gear lists. We’ll evenly divide up these items between us, depending on weight and space.

  1. Your trip looks amazing… I have a (maybe strange) question: Lindsey, if your REI sub-kilo is a right side zip, is there any chance you’d be willing (at some point) to sell it? I have one too and am trying to find a mate for my husband so we don’t have to both buy new bags. Please let me know if you might be interested. Thanks!
